Ensuring that every person who joins Excellence can turn into a competent and complete professional has always been one of our main objectives.

For this reason, training remains one of our pillars, which are based on consolidated realities: from the Excellence Academy, the school within our Group, to external courses (public speaking, languages, etc.). However, the training aspect is only one of the two sides of the coin: on the other hand, the person who joins our team has the opportunity to work on different projects in different fields, developing great transversality and also being able to directly interface with important figures, such as the company’s partners.
